Objective:
At Rylee and Cru Collective, I currently oversee the color correction and retouching pipeline for over 40,000 assets per season (across three brands), ensuring all eCommerce product, lifestyle, and studio imagery is polished, color-accurate, and launch-ready. I personally execute hands-on edits - including liquifying, color correcting, and retouching - while managing retouchers to maintain a high standard of quality across the board. A core focus of this role is ensuring that all product images precisely match our product flats for seamless, accurate web presentation, a process that demands meticulous attention to detail at significant scale.
Target Audience:
The primary audience for our brand are affluent, aesthetically driven parents (predominantly mothers) who value sustainability, heirloom quality, and a curated, artistic aesthetic for their kids.
Design Process:
This workflow begins with receiving studio, lifestyle, and styled flat imagery across all brands, then developing detailed retouch and crop callouts for web. Once retouchers complete their edits, I step in for final review and hands-on corrections - addressing color accuracy, design updates, and any last-minute changes - before organizing and delivering finalized assets to the eCommerce team, ensuring everything is precise and launch-ready.
